Valerie Sin博士(新加坡国家食品科学中心食品科学快速反应部高级科学家)
Valerie Sin博士于2015年获得新加坡国立大学药学(荣誉)学士学位,并于2020年获得博士学位。她目前是国家食品科学中心食品科学快速反应部的高级科学家,该中心是新加坡食品局的科学部门。她的工作包括在食品安全危害的新兴领域进行基于科学的风险评估和研究,以支持风险管理、食品安全政策制定和监管标准制定。作为新资源食品团队的一员,Sin博士还负责新资源食品的安全评估和风险交流。

Dr Valerie Sin received her Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) (Hons) from National University of Singapore in 2015 and Ph.D later in 2020. She is currently aSenior Scientist in the Food Science Rapid Response Department at the National Centre for Food Science, which is the scientific arm of Singapore Food Agency. Her job involves conducting science-based risk assessment and research in emerging areas of food safety hazards to support risk management, food safety policy formulation and regulatory standards setting. As a member of the Novel Foods team, Dr Sin also works on the safety assessment as well ask risk communication of novel foods.
