Phonepaseuth Ounaphom博士（老挝卫生部卫生健康促进司司长）

       Phonepaseuth Ounaphom博士1987年毕业于老挝万象卫生科学大学，获医学学士学位。2009年硕士毕业于泰国曼谷玛希隆大学公共卫生学院。他曾在万象一所区医院任主任10年，并曾担任万象卫生厅主任10年。

Dr. Phonepaseuth Ounaphom, Lao PDR

      Dr. Phonepaseuth Ounaphom graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Doctor in 1987 at the Health Science University, Vientiane, Lao P.D.R. He completed his Master degree in 2009 at the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. He has had 10 years of experience as a Director of a district hospital in Vientiane capital, and another 10 years as director of the Vientiane Health Department. At present he is the Director-General of Hygiene and Health Promotion at the Ministry of Health in Lao PDR.
