国家食品安全风险评估中心首任主任。先后主持“基于电子溯源的食品安全风险评估关键技术研究与应用”等国家重大科技专项,主持编制国家食品安全标准与监测评估“十三五”、“十四五”规划,组织制定食品安全标准、食品安全风险监测和风险评估、营养健康等领域多项法规政策。
Liu Jinfeng is director of the food department of the National Health Commission.
As the first director of the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment , he has presided over key projects of national science and technology; such as "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Food Safety Risk Assessment Based on Electronic Traceability". He also chaired the compilation of "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" for Food Safety Standards, Monitoring and Evaluation, and organized the formulation of several laws and policies in the fields of food safety standards, food safety risk monitoring and assessment, nutrition and health.
