陈卫(中国工程院院士、江南大学校长)
博士、教授、博士生导师, 国家功能食品工程技术研究中心主任,长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,教育部、科技部创新团队及国家自然科学基金创新群体负责人等。
主要从事益生菌与肠道菌群相关的研究,近年来围绕益生菌资源发掘,膳食与菌群互作,及相关功能食品的开发等开展了一系列的研究。负责承担包括国家“十二五”863计划、“十四五”重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等10余项国家及省部级项目,成果先后获国家科技进步二等奖、国家技术发明二等奖、中国发明专利金奖等国家与省部级奖励10余项。发表SCI论文450余篇,授权发明专利80余件,其中国际发明专利17件。兼任中国食品科学技术学会益生菌分会理事长,以及Food Control、Journal of Dairy Science等国际学术期刊的 委。获全国先进工作者、全国“五一”劳动奖章等荣誉称号。

Chen Wei, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, president of Jiangnan University, director of National Engineering and Research Center of Functional Food (NERCFF), distinguished professor of Chang Jiang Scholar Program, recipient of National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, and leader of innovation teams of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Natural Science Foundation.
Professor Chen’s research focuses on probiotics and intestinal flora. In recent years, he has been engaged in a series of studies on the exploration of probiotics resources, the interaction between diet and flora, and the development of related functional food. He has accomplished more than 10 key national and provincial projects, including the National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program) in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the Key Research and Development Plan in the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and the key projects of National Natural Science Foundation. Professor Chen’s outstanding academic achievements have earned him a dozen of Academic awards. He was awarded the National Scientific and Technological Progress Awards (the second prize), the National Technological Invention Awards (the second prize), and the gold prize of China Patent for Invention. He has published over 450 SCI papers and authorized more than 80 patents for invention, 17 of which are international.
Professor Chen has served as the chairman of the Probiotics Branch of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, and member of the editorial board of international academic journals such as Food Control and Journal of Dairy Science. For his distinguished performance, Dr. Chen was awarded the high accolades of National Outstanding Worker and the National "May 1" Labor Medal.
