Mr. KOVÁCS Levente holds degrees in Economics (PhD, MBA), as well as in Mathematics and Physics (MSc). He is the Secretary General of the Hungarian Banking Association, Professor of the International Finance Department at the University of Miskolc, and he also participates in the doctorate (PhD) training of 2 additional universities. He is Chief Supervisor of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association (AFCA, Beijing) and a Member of the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation (EBF, Brussels). He is Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Member of the Board of Directors/Supervisory Boards of four companies, and Chairman/Member of the Editorial Teams of 6 scientific publications. He has written and edited several specialist books and is the author of over two hundred studies. He conducts professional and scientific research in a wide range of fields (banking, interest rates and commissions, clearing services, and financial literacy).
