FANG Yong
Deputy Secretary-General, Insurance Association of China

FANG Yong, born in 1975, holds a master's degree. He previously worked at the former China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) , the former China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) and the National Financial Regulatory Administration(NFRA), serving as Director of the General Office, Licensing Department, Risk Disposal Department, and Joint-Stock Bank Supervision Department. In April 2025, he was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Insurance Association of China.
