Dr. Jia Hui is Secretary-General of the Beijing Retio Legal and Commercial Service Center for BRI. He is also a partner at Beijing DeHeng Law Offices, Director of Beijing DeHeng (Laos) Law Offices, Co-Director of DeHeng's Singapore and Indonesia Offices, and a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) at DeHeng's Hong Kong Office.

Dr. Jia Hui also serves as Assistant to the Chairman and Secretary-General of the Belt and Road Service Mechanism, Deputy Secretary-General of the New Energy Overseas Development Alliance, Deputy Director of the Wealth Management Committee of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, and an external expert at the Beijing Equity Exchange.

Dr. Jia Hui is a registered lawyer for international investment law affairs with the Ministry of Commerce, selected as a member of the Ministry of Justice's "National Talent Pool of 1,000 Foreign-Related Lawyers," and recognized as a leading foreign-related lawyer by the All-China Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Asia-Pacific Law Association's Belt and Road Standing Committee and an admitted lawyer of Chambers and Legal 500.
