Zhang Jihua

Ms. Zhang, born in 1976, has worked on the supervision of securities and funds industry for 20 years. She held a master degree.

Ms. Zhang has successively served as the Deputy Director of Inspection Division I of Institutions Supervision Department, Researcher of Verification Division, Director of Inspection Division IV, Director of Supervision Division VIII and Division II of Securities and Funds Institutions Supervision Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). She is currently the member of the Party Committee and Secretary General of Securities Association of China. She has long been engaged in business supervision, administrative licensing, law & policy research, and business rules formulation of securities and funds institutions. During her work in CSRC, she participated in the formulation of many important regulatory documents in the securities and funds industry, and has rich experience in the supervision of securities and funds institutions.
