Mr. Yanwu Yin is the Executive Committee member and Business Director of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., responsible for research, international and asset management. Mr. Yin also serves as Vice Chairman of the inclusive Finance Committee of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, Deputy Secretary General of the China Society for Finance and Banking, Vice Chairman of the OTC Market Professional Committee of the Securities Association of China, member of the Shanghai Stock Exchange International Development Committee, and Deputy Chairman of the Asset Management Business Committee of the Securities Association of Beijing. Mr. Yin holds a bachelor’s degree from Beihang University, a master’s degree in law from Peking University, and a master’s degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States.
