Zhang Chao

Graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with master's degree in insurance.

Joined China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) in 2004 and accumulated 15 years experience in credit insurance marketing.

From 2012 to 2016, served as the head of the SME service division of the Beijing Branch, in charge of inclusive finance business in Beijing.

In 2016, served as assistant general manager of Shaanxi Branch, in charge of Inclusive finance business in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai provinces.

In 2019, served as assistant general manager of SME Department. Since 2020, assigned to take charge of of market development, government cooperation, digital transformation and risk management on inclusive finance business of the company, and played a leading role in digital innovation programs as “SINOSURE SME School”, “SINOSURE Traffic lights”, and branding campaign as “SINOSURE SME Festival”, successfully built up SINOSURE’s inclusive finance brand.
