D01-Nanomaterials and Nanodevices

Symposium Introduction

The rapid development of nanomaterials and devices has become a cornerstone of cutting-edge research and technological advancement, with profound impacts across various industries, including electronics, energy, healthcare, and environmental protection. At the global level, significant strides are being made in the design, synthesis, and application of novel nanomaterials, such as quantum dots, 2D materials, and advanced nanostructures, driving innovations in next-generation functional devices. Key international trends focus on integrating nanomaterials with artificial intelligence (AI) and big data to enable smarter, more efficient material synthesis and performance prediction.
This session will showcase the latest advancements in nanomaterials and devices, with a particular focus on cutting-edge synthesis methods, device integration, and the intersection of nanotechnology with AI. We aim to foster cross-disciplinary discussions that explore both the challenges and opportunities in advancing these technologies towards real-world applications. Researchers from around the world will share insights into emerging trends, novel methodologies, and the potential of nanomaterials to address societal needs, with a strong emphasis on both global and Chinese contributions.
