Shuttle Bus Services

On Registration Day (October 14)

• Airport Pick-up Service:
  At Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, Terminal 2 Arrival Hall exit, conference staff will greet participants with signage and guide them to the shuttle bus area. Participants will first be transferred to the registration area at the Guilin International Convention and Exhibition Center (GICEC). After completing registration, they may take the conference shuttle to their designated hotels for check-in.

• Railway Station Pick-up Service:
  At Guilin Railway Station, Guilin North Railway Station, and Guilin West Railway Station, conference staff will greet participants with signage and guide them to the shuttle bus area. Participants will be transferred to the GICEC registration area. After completing registration, they may take the conference shuttle to their designated hotels for check-in.

  • Guilin Railway Station: Shuttle service runs from 10:00 to 18:00, departing every hour on the hour (9 trips in total). Contact: Mr. Ze-Lin Dong, +86-18178481241

• Convention Center–Hotel Shuttle Service:
  Shuttle service between the GICEC and designated hotels runs from 10:00 to 21:00. Buses depart once full, with scheduled departures every hour on the hour. Contact: Ms. Yan-Fang Li, +86-18934788019

During the Conference (October 15–16)

• Hotel–Convention Center Shuttle Service:
  Shuttle buses will transfer participants from designated hotels to the GICEC in the morning, and return buses will be available after the sessions.

• Departure Principle: Point-to-point service. Buses depart from hotels between 08:00–08:20. Buses leave once full, with the latest departure at 08:20.

• For participants staying at Dagongguan Hotel, buses depart between 07:30–07:50, leaving once full, with the latest departure at 07:50.

报到当天（10月14日）班车服务

接机服务
大会将在桂林两江机场T2航站楼到达层出口安排大会工作人员举牌迎接参会代表，引导至大会班车停车区上车。参会代表将统一乘车前往桂林国际会展中心注册区报到，完成报到手续后可乘坐大会班车前往各指定会务酒店办理入住。

接站服务
大会将在桂林站、桂林北站、桂林西站出站口安排大会工作人员举牌迎接参会代表，引导至大会班车停车区上车。参会代表将统一乘车前往桂林国际会展中心注册区报到，完成报到手续后可乘坐大会班车前往各指定会务酒店办理入住。

酒店—会展中心班车
各会务酒店将统一安排班车送至会展中心，会后统一摆渡回酒店。

• 发车时间：早 8:00–8:20，坐满即走，最晚发车时间为 8:20

• 大公馆酒店：早 7:30–7:50，坐满即走，最晚发车时间为 7:50
