Dear all delegates:
The cooperation on science, technology and innovation between China and Pakistan constitutes an important element of the strategic and cooperative partnership between the two countries for promoting people-to-people exchange, innovation capabilities and economic growth, and delivering real benefits to both countries. Recalling to the successful convention on 1st China-Pakistan Matchmaking Workshop in 2019, with the support of Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of P.R.China and International Liaison Wing, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Pakistan and Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department, China-South Asia Technology Transfer Center (CSTTC)—Yunnan Academy of Scientific and Technical Information (YASTI) and CSTTC Pakistan Sub-center—Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) will co-organize the 2nd China-Pakistan Matchmaking Workshop on 16th December, 2021.
The workshop, with the theme of “Deepen China-Pakistan STI Cooperation to Support the Construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor”, aims to strengthen ties in science, technology and innovation (STI) cooperation and sustainable development, and continuously facilitate communication, match-making and technology transfer among various institutes and enterprises between China and Pakistan, especially in the areas of particular concern to the Pakistan side. Software “ZOOM” will provide full technical support.
On behalf of the Hosts, it is with great pleasure that we extend to you a cordial invitation to participate the 2nd China-Pakistan Matchmaking Workshop.
This Workshop would provide a great platform to share ideas on STI cooperation and to identify opportunities for future cooperation. We look forward to meeting you online and hear your voice in this coming December.

The workshop set two offline main venues in Kunming, China and Islamabad, Pakistan respectively; delegates from other provinces of China and Pakistan participating in the Conference through online.

Deepen China Pakistan scientific and technological innovation cooperation and serve the construction of China Pakistan Economic Corridor
4.Main Contents
Exchange ideas and identify technologies and partners particular in fields of road and bridge engineering technology, modern agriculture, new and renewable energy, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, information technology, new materials, addressing climate change, etc.

Officials from Ministry of Science and Technology of both sides, experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from relevant government departments, enterprises and scientific research institutions of China and Pakistan.
