WGC2025Bus Schedule

To fully ensure the successful convening of 2025 WGC, the preliminary shuttle planning is outlined as follows based on the current conference schedule and hotel information:

I. Scheduled Shuttle Services

To ensure all participants arrive at the venue on time, direct shuttle services will be provided from and returning to designated hotels during morning hours and after each conference session. The schedule is as follows:

Vehicle Arrangement

The number of shuttles will be determined based on hotel occupancy (number of guests/rooms).

Departure Rule: Early departure if full before scheduled time; and on-time departure if seats remain available.

II. Circular Shuttle Services

On the conference registration day (May 19) and during the special events (Social Dinner on May 22), we will operate circular shuttle buses. The preliminary schedule is as follows:

III. Service Guarantee

To ensure all participants can conveniently and accurately locate the shuttle buses, we will provide the following relevant services:

1、  The shuttle routes and departure times will be published on the official website one week prior to the event to facilitate participants' access to schedule information and shuttle boarding.

2、  Shuttle information boards (indoor), direction boards and bus stop signs (outdoor) will be set up at the conference venues and hotels to display round-trip shuttle details.

3、  All shuttle buses will display bilingual (Chinese-English) destination signs on the front.

4、  Onboard guides will be assigned at the venue and various hotels to provide directions, manage on-site shuttle coordination, and handle emergencies.

5、  A central dispatcher will be arranged to oversee the overall coordination of all shuttle buses, and handle emergencies at departure points and during transit.

IV. Passenger Notice

1、  Participants must present conference badges to board the shuttle access.

2、  Each shuttle will be equipped with first-aid kits.

3、  In case of rain, emergency raincoats will be available onboard for passenger use.
