• Heading: Cover the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
• Readability: The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters .
• Author Info: Authors' name, Paper ID, and Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

• The Poster Printing Service can be purchased after completing your registration payment, and all the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
• Regular: HKD 200 (Before June 30, 2025, AoE)
• Late: HKD 300 (July 1 to July 25, 2025, AoE)
  
  
• File Upload: You could either upload it at the portal or send it to ksem2025@iccmacao.com (subject: KSEM 2025 Poster Printing file + Paper ID) before July 25, 2025
  
  
• Poster Pick-up: Please pick up at the Registration Desk during 08:00-17:30, August 5-6, 2025.
  
  
• Poster Pasting: 
• Please paste your poster to the assigned location and do not occupy the space for other posters. Detailed location arrangement can be checked onsite.
• DO NOT use any adhesive that may leave marks. There'll be user-friendly adhesives at Registration Desk for your convenience.
  
  
• Poster Removal: Please remove your poster after your poster session concludes.
