Definitions

● Submitting author: the person who submits the abstract.

● Presenting author: the person who will physically present the abstract at the conference and who is marked as the presenter in the program.

Submission of Abstracts

● Abstracts must be submitted online through ‘Abstract Submission’ on the Home Page or this page using the Abstract Template.

● The submitting author will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of the abstract during in June of 2025, after the evaluation process is completed.
