Dr. Jian Liu, an Associate professor at the School of Energy and Environment, Southeast University, serves as the Technical Leader of the Pre-research Project of the National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure named "Polar and Extreme Environment Simulation Experimental Facility". His research expertise spans low-grade waste heat utilization, LNG cold energy recycling technologies, and artificial regulation of extreme multi-factor coupled environments. With 47 high-quality publications (including 19 first-author and 3 corresponding-author SCI papers, 10 EI/core journal papers) and 7 authorized patents, he has led key projects such as the Jiangsu Innovation Capacity Building Program (3.1 million CNY), the National Key R&D Sub-project on low-carbon building heat sources, and the LNG Cold Energy Utilization initiative (2.1 million CNY). |

Prof Gao Naiping, the vice dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering in Tongji University, specializes in the research of building thermal physics and HVAC. He has been continuously recognized as one of China's Most Cited Researchers and has been listed among the top 2% of global scientists by Stanford University. He serves as an editorial board member for the journals Building and Environment and Energy and Buildings, as well as the associate editor of Discovery Mechanical Engineering. Professor Gao has led more than ten national-level research projects, including five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 103 SCI-indexed journal papers and holds over 20 authorized invention patents. He has received multiple prestigious awards, including the Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of Huaxia Construction Science and Technology, the Special Prize of Shanghai Water and Ocean Science and Technology, etc. |

Suxin Qian is a professor at Department of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He is a Scientific Committee Member of IIR Solid-state Cooling and Heating Working Group.
