2. Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows.
3. To save your time for talk and to avoid any unexpected accidents, we strongly recommend you to copy your PPT files to the assigned computers and test the compatibility at least one session before your talk to the meeting room computer. In case you want to use your own laptop, please check the compatibility of your laptop with the projector in the meeting room at least one session before the start of your presentation.
1. Preparing Your Poster
Your poster should effectively showcase your research within the specified size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height). To enhance visual appeal, we recommend designing the poster yourself (using tools like Windows PowerPoint; refer to our provided Poster Template 1 and Poster Template 2). Ensure the poster is printed in color and brought to the symposium venue in person.
2. Poster Presentations
During the symposium, you must present your poster at the designated time in the assigned poster area. The symposium staffs will provide necessary tools (e.g., tape, pins). Be prepared to engage enthusiastically with attendees, answer questions in detail, and seize opportunities to exchange ideas and build academic connections. Consider bringing business cards for follow-up communication.
3. Best Poster Awards
Your poster may be judged for the "CJK 2025 Best Poster Awards", and the award will be presented at the closing ceremony of the symposium.
4. Reminder
After the poster session, you are required to personally remove your poster and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the venue facilities.
