Thank you for your continued attention and support for the 2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Digital Transformation. We are pleased to share the latest updates: as of the end of August, the conference has attracted registrations from over 100 experts and scholars representing nearly 50 universities and research institutes across China. In addition, scholars from a number of renowned overseas institutions—including Macquarie University, the University of Sydney, the University of New South Wales, Monash University, RMIT University, Curtin University, Loughborough University, and Oregon State University, among others—have also registered to attend.
The conference topics span multiple fields, including industrial engineering; human resource management and organizational behavior; strategic management; entrepreneurship and innovation; management science and engineering; marketing; finance and insurance; and economics. Particular emphasis will be placed on AI-enabled sustainable development and the digital transformation of the energy, mining, manufacturing, and other industries, underscoring the conference’s interdisciplinary character and broad international impact.
This year’s conference is co-hosted by Shandong University of Science and Technology and Macquarie University. The theme is “Digital Leadership · Intelligent Future: Technological Innovation and Industry Transformation.” Relevant information is provided below.

Only authors who have submitted a long abstract, had it accepted, and completed conference
registration are eligible to participate in these activities.
Authors who wish to participate in the Paper Development Workshops (PDWs) of the supporting journals or be considered for the Best Paper Award must submit a full paper.
When submitting your full paper by email, please clearly indicate either the intended journal for the PDW or that you wish to be considered for the Best Paper Award.

Decision Notification
Final PDW decisions will be communicated to authors in early October 2025.
Selected papers will be assigned to the corresponding journal PDWs for discussion; papers not selected for a PDW will be scheduled for regular parallel sessions at the conference.
Please note: In consultation with the relevant journals, the Academic Committee may reassign your full paper to a more suitable journal PDW based on the paper’s topic, quality, and fit with the journal’s scope, to ensure the best platform for presentation and exchange.
Manuscript Requirements
Originality & Quality: The manuscript must be an original, unpublished academic paper with a correct orientation, clear arguments, rigorous reasoning, reliable evidence, and sound methodology, demonstrating strong theoretical or practical value.
Language & Length: Manuscripts should be written in English and include Title, Abstract, Main Text, and References. Please refer to your intended journal’s guidelines for length. As a rule, submissions exceeding 45 pages will not be considered.
Formatting: Use Times New Roman, 12-point, double line spacing. References should follow APA style. Exceptions (Chinese-language PDWs): Submissions for the PDWs of 《山东科技大学学报(社会科学版)》 and 《人力资源管理评论》 must be written in Chinese and follow the respective journals’ formatting requirements.
Title Page: Include a separate title page (placed before the manuscript) with author names, affiliations, author bios, and the corresponding author’s contact information.
