Paper Registration
- Every paper accepted in IEEE BigData 2025 requires at least ONE Author Registration before the following dues:
- Main Conference / Industrial and Government Track / Special Session: 23:59, November 14, 2025 (AoE)
- Workshops / Posters / Big Data Cup Challenge: 23:59, November 23, 2025 (AoE)
- Addtional Fees
- Extra PAPER: One Author Registration can purchase up to ONE extra paper with additional fee of USD 400, which must be paid by the above Author Registration Dues.
- Extra PAGE: One registered paper can purchase up to TWO extra pages with addtional fee of USD 100 per page, which must be paid by the above Author Registration Dues.
- Extra TICKET: Participants can purchase additional banquet ticket(s) with USD 100 per pax for companions who have not registered.
- All Additional Fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- All refund / cancellation requests will only be accepted via ieeebigdata2025@gmail.com by 23:59, November 24, 2025 (AoE).
- There will be an administrative fee of USD 100 for cancelled registrations.
- Author Registration is NOT refundable.
Invitation Letter
- General Invitation Letter for internal process will be generated automatically and can be downloaded after the registration payment is completed.
- Only citizens of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam need to apply for a visa to Macau. If some specific information are required in the invitation letter, please contact ieeebigdata2025@gmail.com.
Registration Fee
USD / HKD ≈ 7.80, the USD rate is for reference only.
