To facilitate the smooth running of the oral sessions, speakers and session chairs are kindly requested to follow the schedule below for presentation file upload and technical checks:

· Speakers: Presentation files can be copied to the computer in the corresponding session room during the lunch break (12:00–13:00) on the day of the session.

· Session Chairs: Chairs are kindly requested to arrive at the corresponding session room approximately 30 minutes before the start of the session to confirm the presentation files and the order of presentations.

· August 25: Oral sessions will begin at 14:35, leaving relatively limited time for preparation. Speakers presenting on August 25 are therefore strongly encouraged to complete the PPT file upload as early as possible after the lunch break begins.

All speakers are requested to prepare their presentation files in 16:9 widescreen format .
