(all presentations must be delivered in English).

Plenary Lecture: 25 min
Keynote Lecture: 15 min
Invited Lecture:10 min
Oral Lecture: 7 min
Young Scientist Forum: 8 min
Postgraduate Panel Session: 8 min
Rapid Fire Talk: 2 min

To maintain the overall flow, a dedicated joint Q&A session will be arranged at the end of each thematic session.

Compatibility of your PPT presentation file

Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows.
To avoid the rush of the presentation setup and wasting time, you are strongly advised to check the compatibility of your PPT presentation file by bring a copy of your presentation on USB storage device to load to the symposium computer at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before in case of first morning sessions. Our staff there will help you to make sure all fonts and/or audio/video clips are working properly.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), please post the posters according to the numbering, and tapes will be provided. Please mount your poster on the corresponding board marked with your poster number. The presenting author should be available near his/her poster during the allocated poster session for discussions with reviewers and interested colleagues. Please make sure your posters are set up and removed during designated times. Posters that are not removed during the designated time will be considered abandoned.

Award

In addition to the Xueming Zhao Lectureship Award and the eCyte Metabolic Engineering Young Scientist Awards, the conference will present awards for the Outstanding Young Scientist Presentation Awards, the Outstanding Postgraduate Presentation Awards, the Outstanding Rapid Fire Talk Awards and the Outstanding Poster Awards. Recipients will be conferred with honorary certificates and monetary prizes.
