Instructions for Guests

Distinguished guests：
Welcome to attend the China-ASEAN Rail Transit Standardization Exchange and Mutual Learning Event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay during the Event, please pay attention to the following instructions:

Ⅰ. Please attend the Event according to the Agenda for the China-ASEAN Rail Transit Standardization Exchange and Mutual Learning Event. If there is any change of the agenda and time arrangement, the organizing committee will inform you in time.

Ⅱ. When attending the Event, please be seated according to the Seating Chart of the Event. Please wear formal clothes or business casual to attend the Event on time and turn off your mobile phone or switch to vibration or mute mode. Smoking is prohibited in the Event venue.

Ⅲ. Please wear your Attendance Certificate to attend the activities of the Event, and cooperate with security personnel for security inspection. Persons (including spouses, entourages and drivers) without valid documents will not be allowed to enter the Event venue, reception and other places.

Ⅳ. Simultaneous interpretation is available in Chinese (Channel 1) and English (Channel 2).

Ⅴ. Dining arrangements

VI. Guests participating in the Visit on the morning of June 29, 2024 are required to wear long pants and sealed shoes. Please do not take photos in the production workshop. 

VII. Switch board number of Red Forest Hotel: +86-771-2021688. If you need long-distance telephone service in room or laundry service, please contact the reception desk by dialing the switchboard number. You will pay for the above services and self-paying items in the room.

VIII. Guests are required to check out before 14:00, June 30th, 2024. If you need to stay longer, the relevant expenses will be borne by yourself.

IX. If you need to enjoy airport drop-off service, please contact the logistics support team of the Event in advance. 

X. Weather Conditions
June in Guangxi is a hot summer with a variable climate and excessive rainfall. 
Nanning urban weather forecast is shown below during the Event:
Saturday, June 29th, Rain Shower, 27℃-34℃；
Sunday, June 30th, Rain Shower, 28℃-34℃。

XI. Time Difference
Beijing Time (UTC+08:00) is adopted in Nanning city.
