Important Notice
The abstract submission deadline for APPC16 has been extended to August 31, 2025. Abstracts submitted after this date will still be accepted. However, they will not be considered for oral presentations. Colleagues planning to participate are kindly requested to register and upload their abstracts as soon as possible.
Submission Guidelines

Carefully read all the instructions and the presentation information.

Fill in the abstract information (presentation type, topic, title, etc.) into the system.

Provide the authors' details and attach your abstract file.

Review and submit your abstract.

Check for acceptance notifications by email and on "My Dashboard".
Submission Requirements

Each presenter is expected to submit his/her abstract after signing up for an account.

Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts for presentations.

The abstract should be up to one page long and submitted online through the submission webpage. The APPC16 International Program Committee will manage the review process.
Language and Deadline

The abstract must be written in English and submitted by August 31, 2025.

The abstract may be further edited and modified until the submission deadline.

Presentation Guidelines
Please note that abstract submission is mandatory for all presenters.
APPC16 will feature plenary talks, invited talks, contributed talks, and poster presentations.
Each registered participant can have one presentation (either a talk or a poster).

Plenary talk: 40 minutes long (including 5 minutes Q&A)

Invited talk: 25 minutes long (including 5 minutes Q&A)

Short Invited Talk: 15 minutes long (including 2 minutes Q&A)

Contributed talk: 15 minutes long (including 2 minutes Q&A)
