1. China's Visa-Free Policy: Travelers holding ordinary passports from the following countries can enter China visa-free through any open port for a stay of up to 30 days. This allows transit through major mainland cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, or Guangzhou en route to Haikou.
Eligible countries include: Australia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Malaysia.

2. Visa-Free Entry Policy for Nationals to Hainan: Under this policy, travelers with ordinary passports can visit Hainan for up to 30 days only if they fly directly to Hainan, or via Hong Kong or Macau, without transiting through mainland cities. Travel is limited to Hainan province.
Eligible countries include: Indonesia, Philippines, America, England, and Russia.

3. China's 240-Hour Visa-Free Transit Policy: Travelers transiting through certain cities can stay in China for up to 240 hours without a visa, provided they have a valid onward ticket to a third country or region.
Eligible countries include: Indonesia, Philippines, America, England, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Russia, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

4. Entering China through Regular Visa Application: If you are not eligible for visa-free entry, or plan to visit other regions in China beyond Hainan, we recommend applying for an F visa (for research, lectures, or scientific/cultural exchange) or an L visa (for tourism).
To avoid any delays, we strongly advise submitting your visa application at least one month before your departure.

List of countries that require a visa: Iran, India, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam, Morocco, and Gabon.
• Complete the Online Form: Fill out the Chinese visa application form online, print it out, and sign it. Be sure to select the Chinese embassy or consulate, or Chinese Visa Application Center (CVASC) responsible for processing applications from your region.
• Gather Required Documents: Collect all necessary documents required for your visa application.
• Make an Appointment: Schedule a meeting with the Chinese embassy or consulate, or CVASC in charge of processing your application.
• Submit Your Application: Attend the scheduled appointment and submit your application to the Chinese embassy or consulate, or CVASC. You will be given a pick-up slip after payment of the visa fee (which may vary depending on your country).
• Collect Your Passport and Visa: On the date indicated on the pick-up slip, visit the Chinese embassy or consulate, or CVACS to collect your passport with the issued visa. Alternatively, if you opted for mail service, wait for your passport to arrive by post.

5. Invitation Letters
• Once your registration is successful, we will send an invitation letter to your email address. To ensure that you receive this document without delay, please use a current and accurate email address.
• Please note that it is essential for your name to match exactly as it appears on your passport. Any discrepancies between the name on your passport and the invitation letter or other documentation may result in delays or even denial of your visa application.
• To avoid any complications, we recommend registering for the event at your earliest convenience to allow sufficient time for processing.
