● Fill in Registration Information.

● Complete Real-Name Authentication.

● Bind payment method.

Step 2: Register and Pay on the Conference Website

● Visit ICEC 2025 Website (https://icec2025.scimeeting.cn/).

● Fill in Participant Details.

● Select PayPal Payment Method and Complete Payment.

If some participants require an invitation letter, the conference secretariat will be glad to help. To obtain an invitation letter, please send e-mail to icec2025@sina.com.

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

● Cancellation until 15 May 2025: 100% of payment refund
● Cancellation from 15 May to 30 May 2025: 70% of payment refund
● Cancellation from 1 June to 15 June 2025: 50% of payment refund
● Cancellation after 15 June 2025: no refund
