·Format for presentation: PDF slides or 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows.

·To avoid the rush of the presentation setup and wasting time, you are strongly advised to check the compatibility of your PPT presentation file by bring a copy of your presentation on USB storage device to load to the symposium computer at least 2 hours before your presentation or the day before in case of first morning sessions. Our staff there will help you to make sure all fonts and/or audio/video clips are working properly.

·Posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), please post the posters according to the numbering, and tapes will be provided. Please mount your poster on the corresponding board marked with your poster number.

In order to facilitate the travel of the vast number of participants, we have specially arranged bus pick-up service.
