Poster Presentation Guideline

The poster size is limited to 90 cm (35 in width) x 120cm (47 in length), and portrait (vertical) orientation only.

• - Poster presenters are responsible for printing their poster.
• - Poster boards and display tools (special tape, scissors, etc.) will be provided by conference.
• - Each board will be labeled with an assigned poster number (will offer later).
• - Volunteers at the Poster & Exhibition Information Desk can help locate boards or provide tape/scissors.
• - Posters must be put up before the start of the poster session.

Poster Presentation Information

ICPT2025 sets up a poster area for poster authors to display their academic achievements.

• - Poster Display
  • Location: Along the Foyer of Grand Hall
  • Time for putting up: Before 09:00 on 30 October 2025
  • Time for takedown: 18:00 on 31 October 2025
• - Best Poster Award
  • ICPT2025 invites experts to set up the panel of judges. Jury members will review the posters and communicate with authors during the Poster Session period. The final results of the review will be announced on 01 November 2025 during Closing Ceremony.

Tips for Poster Presentation

• - Since the poster board is 2.5 meters in height×1 meters in width, to give the audience a better performance, please keep your poster in the suggested size in 90 cm (35 in width) x 120cm (47 in length).
• - During the poster sessions, please stand by your poster to communicate with the audience.
• - Kindly note that the poster service desk will NOT collect any posters left unclaimed after 18:00 on 31 October 2025. If you wish to keep your poster after the conference, please ensure you collect it before this time.
• -The No-Show poster’s author’s paper will not be included into the final electronic proceedings.
